Urban sketching refers generally to pen and watercolour renderings (line and wash) of scenes in life which includes people and buildings. I have focused on homes around me in historic Parkdale and Roncesvalles areas near High Park in west Toronto, and homes and cottages in Nova Scotia South Shore.

Ink and Watercolour paintings on Arches paper can be commissioned in one size unless a special arrangement is made. Purchaser provides a photo as reference. 15" by 11" is $200 (at least 8 hours), unframed. Any alterations (moving/adding buildings, changing seasons, or altering landscaping) are additional charge. A signed commission agreement and a deposit of 50% (non-refundable, non-transferable) is required for work to begin. Shipping costs through Canada Post, if pick up or delivery is not an option, will be extra, added to the final payment.
